The HSFNS Board of Directors sets direction and provides oversight of the Foundation. They are primarily tasked with policy formation, decision making, and oversight in the following areas:
  • Strategic Planning
  • Executive Performance
  • Organizational Targets
  • Communications
  • Risk Management
  • Board Development & Priorities

The Board is comprised of 15 members, including the Chair, and meets 8 to 10 times per year. The membership represents a variety of background and skills including health, research, legal, community development, fundraising and financial expertise.
