Join us for a fantastic day of golf for a great cause! The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia and Stanhope Simpson Insurance Limited are pleased to announce the 9th Annual Heart&Stroke Open Heart Open Golf Classic.
Tournament Details
Teams of four golfers can enjoy this texas-scramble tournament on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at the Oakfield Golf and Country Club. The Heart&Stroke Open Heart Open will give you and your teammates the opportunity to help make a difference in the fight against heart disease and stroke. With the support of sponsors and participants in 2009, the Open Heart Open’s eight-year fundraising total exceeded $300,000 and with your support we expect this total will exceed $350,000 in 2010. Funds raised through the Heart&Stroke Open Heart Open support heart and stroke research and health promotion programs in Nova Scotia, while promoting an active and heart-healthy lifestyle.
Registration Information
The team registration fee is $1,200 and includes two golf carts per team. Each individual golfer will receive a round of golf, golfer gift pack, a HeartSmart™ lunch and dinner, as well as the chance to win a number of great prizes. Funds raised support heart and stroke research and education programs within Nova Scotia.
