John was appointed to the Board of Directors in November 2008. A pharmacist and owner of D. Ross Cochrane Pharmacies in the Annapolis Valley, John is a member of the Canadian Pharmacists Association and the Nova Scotia Pharmaceutical Society for which he has held the positions of Board member, Treasurer, First Vice President, President and Past President with the society. John’s other community pursuits include volunteer work with the Rotary Club, the Victorian Order of Nurses, and the Canadian Lung Association (both nationally and provincially), to name a few.
